Scottish women’s football will return on 8 August when Hibernian begin the defence of the SWPL Cup they won in 2019.
Hibs are in Group B and open against Kilmarnock, while Eddie Wolecki Black will take charge of Forfar Farmington for the first time away to Dundee United. Stirling University also make up a five-team group.
SWPL 2 winners Aberdeen face a stiff test with Rangers and Motherwell in Group A, with the Women of Steel’s new head coach Paul Brownlie having to wait until 15 August for his first game in charge. They also have Boroughmuir Thistle and Queen’s Park to contend with.
Champions Glasgow City are in a four-team group with Spartans, Hamilton and Glasgow Women.
And 2018 finalists Celtic face Hearts, Partick Thistle and St Johnstone.
